The staff of RUF at Mercer University is made up of a campus minister (and maybe soon again an intern or two!) who has been trained in campus ministry.
RUF is a ministry of the church because our campus minister is an ordained minister of the gospel and a teaching elder in the Presbyterian Church in America (PCA). The campus minister serves as a missionary to Mercer, seeking to reach and equip students for Christ, develop a fellowship group on campus, help students get involved in local churches, and to develop mature Christian men and women through God's Word.
The desire of our staff is to minister to and pastor Mercer students. We are your servants on the campus.
Please feel free to contact our staff via Facebook, email or phone anytime.
Amanda is originally from Fort Lauderdale, FL. She is a graduate from University of Central Florida with a degree in Social Work and is currently attending Reformed Theological Seminary pursuing her Masters in Christian Counseling. She was an RUF intern at the University of Houston ('13-'15) and was delighted to be called as Campus Staff at Mercer University and Wesleyan College in 2015.
Amanda loves Dunkin' Donut's iced coffee, puns, matinee movies, dance parties, and watching the Lord at work at Mercer and Wesleyan.
Dalton Titus is from Montgomery, AL and is a 2016 graduate of Belhaven University in Jackson, MS. Throughout his four years at Belhaven he experienced some of the most rewarding and most difficult times of his life, and was blessed to have RUF through it all. In the future he hopes to pursue a degree in counseling and be a counselor for college students. God has certainly blessed him and helped him and he looks to share that same kind of love and hope with others while being an intern.
Kristen is a 2017 graduate of Berry College in Rome, GA. She was recently married to RUF Mercer Alum Andrew Hearn, and we are so excited to welcome her to campus to minister the women of Mercer.
