Staff
The staff of RUF at Mercer University is made up of a campus pastor and an intern who have been trained in campus ministry.
RUF is a ministry of the church because our campus pastor is an ordained teaching elder in the Presbyterian Church in America (PCA). Our campus pastor and intern serve as missionaries to Mercer, seeking to reach and equip students for Christ, develop a fellowship group on campus, help students get involved in local churches, and to develop mature Christian men and women through God's Word.
The desire of our staff is to pastor Mercer students. We are your servants on the campus.
Please feel free to contact our staff via Facebook, email or phone anytime.

Phillip Maxwell - Intern
Phillip Maxwell graduated in May 2010 from Southern Methodist University (SMU) in Dallas with a degree in History. He hails from nearby Atlanta and grew up in the church, but did not begin to develop a personal relationship with Jesus Christ until early in college. The teaching he received and fellowship he took part in with RUF at SMU played a major role in his spiritual development and he is eager to serve the students at Mercer in the same way in which he was served. Phillip enjoys listening to and playing music, eating barbeque, fishing and reading.Contact Phillip:
